What our members are telling Eve

Eve is now having real one-on-one conversations with members about brokers, the indicator, setups and their own trades. Here's what she's hearing, and how we can use it to make Skool better and keep members longer.

Where Eve shines

Real conversations, lightly trimmed. Members aren't named.

Trade reviewA beginner's prop-firm trade logThree weeks into a $50k futures account, she pasted her P&L. Eve showed her the losing days were trades copied from a live call without seeing the setup herself."I went back to my plan and I made profit that day."
Broker techAn order ticket bigger than her accountHer order panel offered to sell $26k of currency. Over 22 messages Eve explained leverage and Risk % until she found the setting."The key was type in 1 then press tab."
Trading planFrom too many options to her own rulesEve built a plan around her $500 prop drawdown and listed the lessons to watch, in order."I need to post this in Skool, I think others have had the same question."
Life fitTrading around family in the UKLow timeframes were too stressful and the daily close too late. Together they landed on the 4-hour chart, with alerts for each A+ candle."I'm feeling really stuck and disheartened today."
The double-edged sword: these answers help one member, then disappear into a private chat. The more members talk to Eve, the less they talk to each other, and the community is what keeps people here.

What members ask about

Strategy is still the top topic, just. Most of the rest is getting set up and finding things.

Setup, tech & finding thingsTrading & membership

Members who asked about each topic (one member can ask about several). Eve's suggested-question buttons, like "Where do I start?" and "What's the A+ setup?", are left out because they show what members see first, not what they're stuck on. (Daily briefing and Trade signals open their own panels and never appear here.)

Quick classroom wins

Small changes, each straight from questions members keep asking.

Getting members back onto Skool

Eve should be a doorway into the community, not a room members stay in.

  1. "Share to Skool" button. One tap turns a great answer into a draft post the member edits and shares.
  2. Eve nudges into the community. After a long chat, she links a live thread or says "three others asked this week, want to post it?"
  3. Weekly "Asked Eve this week" post. Top five questions, short answers, lesson links. About 10 minutes for the team.
  4. Celebrate wins in public. When a member tells Eve something went right, she invites them to post it in Wins.
  5. Hand hard moments to humans. "Stuck" or "blew my account" gets flagged so an educator can say hello.
How we'll know it works: how many Eve chats end with a click into Skool, and how active Eve users are on Skool compared with members who never use her.

Big ideas for retention

Using what Eve knows to keep members longer.

Start here30-day personal pathDay one, Eve asks what you trade, where you live and how much time you have, then builds a path you post in an intro thread.

Making Eve more reliable

Members trust her answers, so the team writes down the facts she gets asked most.

Fixed this week
  • A+ answers come from Amanda's own lessons
  • Uses each member's time zone; lesson links are checked
  • Knows CFD brokers from futures brokers, and spot gold from gold futures
  • One prop-firm risk rule: 1–3% of the drawdown (Jenn)
  • Knows the indicator's real settings menu
  • Tells members to scroll up for past chats (the app keeps 50 messages)
Still to do
  • Amanda to sign off three A+ points where lessons disagree
  • Let members upload trade-log files
  • Keep reviewing feedback for new wrong answers
